On September 5, 2018, the Company's Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2018 dividend of $0.08 per share.  The dividend will be payable on December 7, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November  16, 2018.  A copy of the announcement press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
