Ron McCray is a private investor and corporate director. Ron is an advisor to RLJ Equity Partners and a director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board. He previously served as chairman of the board of Career Education Corporation., a for-profit education services company, from July 2015 to October 2015 and served as its interim president and chief executive officer from February 2015 to April 2015. Ron served as vice president and chief administrative officer of Nike, Inc. from August 2007 until May 2009. He served as senior vice president — law and government affairs of Kimberly-Clark Corporation from August 2003 until August 2007, and as its chief compliance officer from November 2004 until August 2007. Ron joined Kimberly-Clark in 1987 and held other senior positions prior to 2003 and also served as a member of the management executive committee. Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Ron was an attorney at the law firms of Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York and Jones Day in Dallas. Ron is a former director of Knight-Ridder, Inc., Kimberly-Clark de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. and EveryWare Global, Inc. Additionally, Ron is a member of the governing boards of Cornell University and Charleston Jazz.

Louis Caldera is a Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law and a senior fellow in the Program on Law and Government at American University Washington College of Law since September 2018. Louis is also a private investor, consultant and a Senior Advisor to the Diverse Communities Impact Fund I, LP. From July 2016 to June 2018, Louis served as a Professor of Leadership in the College of Professional Studies at The George Washington University and a senior fellow at the GWU Cisneros Hispanic Leadership Institute. Louis previously served on the board of directors and the audit, compensation, compliance and nominating and governance committees of Career Education Corp., from March 2013 until October 2015. He was vice president of programs of the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation from July 2010 until March 2012 and a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress from June 2009 to June 2010. Louis served as an Assistant to the President and Director of the White House Military Office in the Obama Administration from January 2009 to May 2009. He served as president of The University of New Mexico from August 2003 to February 2006, where he was a tenured member of the law school faculty from August 2003 to December 2010. Previously Louis was vice chancellor for advancement of The California State University and served as Secretary of the Army in the Clinton Administration.

Louis is a former director of A. H. Belo Corporation (December 2007 to January 2009), Belo Corp. (July 2001 to February 2008), IndyMac Bancorp, Inc. (May 2002 to August 2008), and Southwest Airlines Co. (March 2003 to January 2009).

    David A. Gross is currently serving as vice president/Investor Relations and Strategic Analysis for A. H. Belo Corporation, a position he has held since 2009. He is responsible for A. H. Belo's investor relations, corporate communications and strategic analysis functions. Previously, David served as vice president/Business Development. David joined Belo Corp. in 2006 as director/Strategic Planning.

    David has more than a decade of strategy and business development experience with public and private companies across the globe. He specializes in identifying and implementing transformative strategic, operating and financial opportunities. Prior to joining Belo Corp., David served in a variety of strategy positions at NCH Corporation, a privately-held manufacturer of industrial and retail maintenance products, including as director/Strategic Marketing for NCH's Asian business. While serving as director/Strategic Marketing for Asia, David lived in Shanghai, China. Prior to joining NCH Corporation, David served as a consultant at the management consulting firm Bain & Company. While at Bain, David served clients in the distribution, manufacturing, media, retail, satellite imaging and transportation industries.

    David graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (High Honors) and Spanish.

    David and his wife, Sandee, have two daughters.

      Michael J. O'Hara is currently serving as senior vice president and Chief Information Officer for A. H. Belo Corporation, a position he has held since May 2010. He is responsible for supporting all of the Company's technology infrastructure and digital technology development.

      O'Hara joined Belo Corp. in October 2006 as executive director/Technology. In this role, he created a single application support organization for all A. H. Belo newspapers and led multiple centralization and standardization initiatives. O'Hara served as vice president/Information Technology for A. H. Belo Corporation from January 2009 to April 2010. His responsibilities included the management and support of the core publishing and interactive systems used by the A. H. Belo newspapers and websites. In addition, O'Hara was responsible for business intelligence, data management and application development.

      O'Hara has more than 20 years of experience in the technology field. Prior to joining Belo Corp., O'Hara served as the director/Technology at the Los Angeles Times from 1998 through 2006. During his tenure at the Los Angeles Times, O'Hara led support organizations responsible for manufacturing, publishing, advertising and broadcast technologies. Prior to the Los Angeles Times, O'Hara served as the director/Technology for the Daily News in Los Angeles from 1998 to 1996. He managed the technology, pre-press and advertising operations departments, and he developed the technology strategy for the organization.
